SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

1. SMS and Voice Communications
Aurum Nebula LLC ("we," "us," "our," "Company") uses SMS (text message) and voice calling services to communicate with users about their accounts, products, and services. These communications are provided through Twilio, a third-party communications platform.
2. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS or voice communications, you explicitly consent to receive text messages and/or voice calls from Aurum Nebula LLC at the phone number you provide. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

- You understand that message and data rates may apply
- You are opting in to receive communications from Aurum Nebula LLC

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS and voice communications. Aurum Nebula LLC does not charge additional fees for sending or receiving messages, but your carrier may charge:
- SMS text message charges (typically $0.00-$0.20 per message depending on your plan)
- Voice call charges (depending on your mobile plan)
- Data charges if messages use cellular data instead of WiFi
Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and rates. Aurum Nebula LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
6. Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS and voice communications at any time by:
- Texting "STOP" to any message from Aurum Nebula LLC — you will receive a confirmation message
- Emailing us at support@aurumnebula.com with your phone number and request to opt out
- Calling us at 512-715-4311 to request removal from our SMS list
- Updating your communication preferences in your account settings (if available)
After you opt out, we will no longer send promotional messages. However, we may still send operational messages (account alerts, security notices, transaction confirmations) that are critical for account management and legal compliance.

8. Message Delivery

- Messages that are not received due to your phone being off or unreachable

Your phone number and message content are treated as sensitive information. We follow strict security practices to protect your data:
- Your phone number is encrypted and securely stored
- Messages are transmitted securely through Twilio
- We do not share your phone number with third parties without your consent

- International message rates may apply (much higher than domestic rates)
- We will make reasonable efforts to respect local laws and regulations
- Message delivery times may be significantly longer
- You are responsible for any additional international carrier charges
12. Third-Party Provider (Twilio)
Aurum Nebula LLC uses Twilio as our SMS and voice communications provider. By opting into these services, you acknowledge that:
- Twilio processes your phone number and message content to deliver communications
- Twilio is subject to its own privacy and terms of service policies
- Your data may be processed in accordance with Twilio's platform requirements

13. Liability and Disclaimers
Aurum Nebula LLC is not liable for:
- Delayed or failed message delivery
- Charges imposed by your mobile carrier

We may update these SMS Consent & Messaging Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS notification. Your continued opt-in constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
